Daniel J. McDevitt, Owner and Principal Broker of Swingline Realty was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1974. Since then, he has practiced in the area of Real Estate and Estate law, Zoning and Condominium Conversions. Mr. McDevitt has maintained his Real Estate Brokerage service for more than 25 years.

His vast knowledge of the buying and selling process, zoning, occupancy law, landlord and tenant issues and market fluctuation makes him a valuable asset to both Buyers and Sellers. Brady McDevitt works full time in the real estate office and the law offices of Daniel J. McDevitt.

Brady is a graduate of Boston College High School and Loyola College in Maryland, where he earned a degree in Business Management. Brady is currently a student at Suffolk University Law School.

Liam McDevitt is a graduate of Gettysburg College and holds a Masters in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University. He is experienced in residential, commercial and land sales. Liam is also a Life Insurance agent for Charter Oak Insurance & Financial Services in Boston.

Katie Wilson has been in Real Estate for just over ten years. She began working with buyers and sellers of Residential Real Estate in the Greater Syracuse area of Central New York. In 2005 she moved to The Berkshires of Western Massachusetts to work for Redstone Properties, a land development company. She currently resides in Braintree, MA.
